What we do!
From an initial diagnosis, we give an approximate cost of repair or tell you if the computer is beyond economical repair - there is no obligation for work to commence or continue and you can say no if it does not suit you!
We will check you machine for errors, infections, functionality and service ability.
If your machine is running slowly or not responding in the manner it should, we can repair it on-site, keeping cost to a minimum. We do not tell you to leave the machine with us so that we might come up with some fictitious list of repairs.
We will explain everything we find and allow you the opportunity to make an informed decision on what needs to be done to repair your system!
Many problems are the result of virus, worm or trojan infections and there are many non virus attacks, such as Adware privacy intrusions which monitor your activity. These steal your data and they cause havoc, damage and possibly corrupt the operating system.
These privacy intrusions leave you with a very sick machine, but more importantly, stealing your data will leave you vulnerable to Fraud, Identity theft and possible loss of finance!

We provide a FREE telephone advice service to those who have a problem relating to their PC, Laptop, Windows Operating System, or other software.
We also come to you in your home or office to resolve computer issues with infected files, slow running systems, crashing and all software faults..
Computer Repairs from £25
All repairs undertaken in our workshop are based on £25 per hour plus parts at cost plus P&P.
Repairs undertaken in your home or office are based on £30 per hour plus parts at cost plus P&P.
Onsite Home and Office Repairs
We will repair your computer in your home or office, unless there is such damage that a workshop repair is the only option. Then we uplift and return the computer, without additional charges.
No Callout Charge
We do not charge for a call-out fee, but when travelling from our base in Bridgerule, North Devon, we will add a mileage charge to the final invoice. This is done reluctantly, but high fuel costs are taken into consideration.
NoFix NoFee
If we can't fix your system we do not charge for our time. If your system is beyond economical repair we will tell you before we start work. We also give you a current valuatioin of the computer so that you can make an informed decision on how to proceed.
Guarantee
We offer 30 day guarantee on our work. If the fault recurs within that time, we will action a repair free of charge. If we sell you a refurbished system to a value in excess of £100 we offer a 100 day repair or replace warranty(excludes broken screens).
